Good luck for when you turn the power on Vicpopo :)

I'm sure it will work just fine (especially if you've done something similar before, like you said with the 2DOF).

Can't wait to see more!

Hi ,

Thx for the support !

I probably change a little bit the motors placement following the mini-servo stewart plateform made by Richard with an amc1280usb.
Video :

Here the drawing according to the mini servo platform. It's more compact than the first one on the first post of this topic.

New design

Hi Guys,

Some news from my simulator building.I quiet finished to connect my electrical box.I was a little bit afraid before the first switch ON ... And everything runs well.I didn't cut off the home net and that seems to be ok for the wiring.

I changed the wiring for Enable/Start for the inverters .Now I used instead each intern 24v inverters the psu 24 v to switch on all the inverters.
Below some pics about all stuff and the last ones with electrical box powered ON.

Switch On inverters

Wiring

Wiring1

Output inverter connection to ac motor

Blindage = shielded cable

Powered ON

Box powered on

Hi ,

A point from my simulator .Now I finished to build my electrical box.

I tested and anything seems to be wrong wired , because my neighbours still have lignts in their home !! Ouah

I added a differnetial breaker 16A/30mA , because I have one and anything shut down.

Downside there are the 3 Harding plugs for 2 motors connections , the Enable/Start button which drive simultanuously the 6 inverters and the distributor where I will, plug the 6 sensors cable for motors positioning.

Now the next step is to connect one gear motor I have and test . I have to buy now the last 5 gear motors .

Hi Guy's ,

Below you can find the first video for the first test for my electrical box with only one gearmotor .The goal is to test the funcionality and it's ok.

The angle range is small ,about 30° , but I have to test and setup, the new 6dof plugin from Tronicgr and Sirnoname correctly.

It's a good start without major problem. ;)

Hi ,

I made a new video test with the xsim3 6dof plugin and gtr2.As the Roll and Pitch are map oriented I replace them with effect 25 and 27 ( lateral and longitudinal effects).

Everything seem to be runing well ! i have to wait now my 5 others gearmotors to test the whole plateform.

It takes just time and .... Money ! ;)
