Hello Are you okay. I need some help with putting a TM1638 panel in my simulator 2 dof to monitor rpm speed and gear. Can I configure two arduino boards separately from the xconveter output setup? Is there the possibility of using the same arduino board that controls the motors to also communicate with the TM 1638 thus dispensing with a new arduino board? I would like to build a conceptually similar to the simulator as Pitti.
I have selected three of these AC servo motors which add a worm gear.
2KW AC Servo Motor Drive CNC Kit 7.7NM 220V 2500R/Min NEMA52 - on ebay
But I am a beginner and amateur electrician.
Please advice what interface and or controller board should I use in conjunction with x-sim? There are some simple solutions to the existing plugin?

I see projects of steering wheels, and all of them use servo engines, which is expensive enougth. Usually its 1.5-2 kWt engines.

But can someone said, may I use three phase AC motor with VFD and encoder?

As I think servo engine is the same think, but some smarter and in one box?

i have problems with the Pololu Micro Maestro 6-Channel and x-sim.
I made all the settings according to the instruction of a thread in a other simulator forum.
The servos dont move,but with the pololu software they work and i dont know why…
Have anyone a idea?

Also is xsim capable of traction loss if I add it to my design?

What parts will I need to complete a 2dof with traction loss? Poss 3dof.

& how much will they cost?
