Just investigating motion platforms and XPlane, do I need any specific plugins, or just configured via XPlane as UDP output directly to X-Sim?

Does anyone know where I can download the XPlane plugin detailed in the link below?

Is this just software to view values, or is required for interfacing between XPlane and X-Sim?
