Well I came into X-Sim for it's ability to read data from the sim and convert it into sound frequencies so it can drive a tactile transducer ...

... so far I think I understood the base concept of the software, the Extractor does the first part, the Converter coverts the data into movement, sound or display ... in short!

Now setting up the extractor was easy, got a iRacing profile, to my knowledge, updated. ...

I reckon it would not take much tweaking to get it about like my mx5 track car, to which have such an amazing gear change.

can anyone help regarding my sim i have it working and moving with race07 but its very very very jerky when you drive ?
if i brake in a straight line the seat will not go forward but it goes to angles and not really what the car would be doing ?
Have i calibrated it wrong ?
I did the normal setup first with a profile, I opened the rock n ride ...

one of the old "Rock N Ride" simchairs showed up on my local craigslist for FREE!! Its in decent shape, only missing the compressor..
It has the dated control board.. I ordered up the K8055 USB board, with 8 outputs.. This should be enough to get the old beast ...
