Has anybody managed to find the values for revs, speed and gear shift using cheat engine and then force injecting it to run gauges?

Looking to finish off my arcade cab and I have some Symproject gear that I really want to work in unison with the emulators.

I am currently learning cheat engine and have found the values, but noticed that they move upon each new incidence of starting the emulator. I ...
