News of rFactor & rFactor 2

I followed the advices in the topic up here, I added manually the rFactor2.exe with the rfactor plugin, I added the dll in the plugin folder of rFactor 2, but when I start the game X-Sim doesn't recognize it and it doesn't start the motion. I tried to find a solution without luck. Did I miss something, or X-Sim can't recognize it anyway? Thank you for the help.

I search for a good x-sim Setting for the bassshaker plugin.
I searched by google and found nothing, and the Iracing Profiles not working very well.
An another question is, how will set Rfactor with the -fullproc flag if I start it with x-sim?

here a short FAQ for this game and how to setup this game in the beta phase. It is a rFactor mod, so there is a native X-Sim support without the need of a new release. It is a heuristic setup.
The problem here is a very often restarting game executable, so the extractor think it has stopped and disable the grey play button and stop sending (game stopped message). X-Sim can work around ...

Just wanted to report that Reiza's new Formula Trucks works fine with rFactor plugin :)..and it's an awesome racer. Will take time to tame the beasts and also to find a mellow profile without dampening the power of these monsters :D

I have a fresh install of rFactor and X-Sim on a PC running Windows 7, dual core duo processor.

rFactor had been working fine for a few weeks and when I first installed X-Sim, it detected rFactor and then rFactor would no longer work. X-Sim extractor seemed to be working fine in Task Manager.

So I removed X-Sim and rFactor, then reinstalled both. RFactor worked fine again and as soon as I completed the ...

After having resolved my issue in "getting started", I have now a question with rF2 Profiles.

I have setup the Profile with 27=Longitudinal and 25= Lateral forces as per the "Video" tutorial and when I'm in game-
I only feel the lateral forces (left,right)...
This force is evident however, can I increase both of them so I feel more motion?


Is there an additional tweak in the "Math" section that I should ...

because the game is a beta here is a plugin for this beta.
Open the extractor, open the game wizard and select with ... your rfactor 2 executable.
Choose the rfactor plugin and add the game to the game listbox.
Now you must copy the atached plugin file to your rfactor 2 plugin folder.
Thats all.
There are reports that the motion will begin 5s after the race has started. This might be changed ...

Hello, I have rfactor version 1.255 installed, I am running 3.03 of x-sim currently. This is a fresh install of rfactor in my pc.
I cannot seem to get data out of the game, I select the rfactor plug, but nothing shows up in the math section of x-sim.
I tried also to copy/paste the rfactor plugin into the game folder, no luck. I tried using pitch and roll instead of lateral and longitudinal, nothing. ...
