Thanks for the mental support,
I have forgot a ~ in the
AB~~255~~a01~~a02
so now I have
AB~~255~~a01~~a02~

pop up is gone,
I can see changing the 128 from 0- 128 ( with sine washout returning to 128)
but still no potmeters value changing in the X and Y axis when turning by hand

My setup is like the starter of this thread , but using other Frequenty invertes
but with Amc1.6 and 0-10/5-24 volts( using a siemens sitop power 2 24 v 2 amp )

Hi ,

I'm agree , keep confident that will work ... One day !!

It's diificult without pictures , video , sceenshots ...

If you want really test the whole cinematic (motor , amc, feedback encoders) , just unlink the motors to the the frame and test.Post some video and describe the problem.

Courage!!

Hi Kermit,

Looks like the trim potentiometer for the ADC feedback is not set correctly. You should turn it all the way to the right (CW) until you get correct reading from the potentiometers...

Read more about it here: http://tinyurl.com/k9r6n38

Hi Thanos
I have turned the trim all the way to the left , somewhere i have seen the values changing to 127 and 63 without turning the pots, but are now back to 255
, and could turn pot 3 ,
but I have turned the trim al the way to the left and now the 3 pot is stuck to 95% and can turn the no3 potmeter but that value is not changing too
and still not able changing the pot values
turning all the way back to the right i have 128 255 128 255 again
regards Henk
note
do I need to see rhe AMC 1.6 in sim3 as an interface?

Just replaced the potmeters from 1 turn 10 K to multiturn 10 k ,
and have seen the value for them change just a little bit on the Y axis from 255 to 249 nothing on the other one.
And have one question do I have to make a connection for D on the board to the wiper on the potmeter?
I have connector 1 2(wiper) and 3 on the potmeter, is it okay to put positive on 1 and negative on number 3 on the potmeter?
regards henk

Please take some closeup photos of your board (top and bottom side). I suspect something is not right with your soldering.

Thanks

I'm trying to see the problem but the photos of the top and the bottom of the AMC1.6 are blurry...
