motion simulator for assetto corsa with 3dof

Mi name is luca and i'm italian from tuscany.

I want to realize a 3dof motion simulato with motor,no actuator, but i don't know what kind of electric board i need to do this.y

and i dont know what motor..

aruduino can move 3 motors?
