Possible to build a motion chasis > $1000.00 USD?

i've tried browsing for a while to look for my answer, a bit overwhelming to be honest, so please forgive me if this question has been answered.
I already have a (a few actually) racing wheel, and PC etc. Is it possible to build a motion chasis that's nice (fairly accurate motion) under $1000.00 USD?
