Change your security level of Internet Explorer to a lower level. That worked for me

Simple try to login with IE. If IE works this login problem disapears. Perhaps another problem will then take its place

Hi ,
On the french forum I talked to a Guy which was having the problem when launching extractor .He told me that he solved the problem by enabling windows auto update and that he has to have win7 service pack1 on his computer .

If your PC works with windows 7, you need to install Service Pack 1

No, you do not need SP1. The gag of SP1 installation is, that you reset your misconfigured internet option with the big dialog that popup after the SP1 installation (IE). That is what is described here. I make a troubleshoot page soon

hi folk,

i try to open newest version of xsim extractor with following error msg: login problem/ internet problem.
sometime i get trhe login window and after login (yes password is correct) i got the same msg.
i read the forum to solve the problem with no sucsess.

i try diffrent old and beta versions of xsim (i know how to de and install xsim). i work with os win 7.

some can help me ??

Yes, you must enter the login more often for the first time.
How is it if you enter it ten times?

Try to find/uninstall the win7 flash update from same date we did notice her in another post. It does not have the same KBxxxx number as the Win10 edition but comes with W7 updates on same date.

i login more than 20 times with no succsess.
and i uninstall the flash update.

on wendsday all worked fine. no updates and system changes since than.

Hi folks,

Here is my solution for the login/internet problem with extractor:

Clean the browser history, cookies ect. in windows settings-internet options- general. Also i clean the browser history on mozilla ( my Standard browser). Do not know if this 2nd Step is recommended but i do it always.
After cleaning, start extractor and log in.
This solution work not always but in most of the extractor starts.
