Hi,

mhh. Using one Pc for both (extractor and convertor) is the simpliest way. Normally (on win7 - no other os tested here) you just open both programms as administrator. If win ask you to pass the programs through the firewall - you hit "ok" (on first start of the programs).

The extractor recognizes that there is a convertor running on same pc. (normally)

It works on xp, but you cannot use graphics driver as it is dx11 only.

I have formated my laptop and installed win 7 ultimate .Just to let you know if you go to run and type indxdiag you will see that win7 has dierect x 11 installed .
I still have the same issue .Excuse my ignorance
I think I am overlooking something in the profiles I think .Can you tell me if you run one pc for the xsim converter and extractor and another for the game or do you run them all on one pc.If this is the case (all on one pc ) how would you see what is happening Feed backback values etc. while you are running the game ?
If you are running two pc`s do you network them together or go online to see if there is feedback while you are running the game .Which game profile have you gents been using .I have tried dirt 3 lfs and racedriver grid so far and the basic setup profile.

The extractor always have to run on the same PC like the the Game. For the Convertor you can use also the same PC or another over network or both. You can also run several convertors over network if you want to.
If you are running everything on one PC - is it useful (until everything is setup fine) - to play the game in "windowed mode" to quick switch between Game and Convertor. Otherwise you can use "Alt+Tab" on your Keyboard to switch between aplications.

Hi Warstyl,
I run X-sim3 on one PC running win7. My solution to the problem that you appear to have is to connect a second monitor.
The Exractor and converter are both running on the secondary monitor and the game plays on the primary monitor. No messing about and no difficulties. Hope this helps.
