Help creating 3DOF 3d simulator

Hi, i would like to create a 3dof 3d simulator, but i don't know how to do it.
Someone who can guide me to create it? Is it possible, or it has to be done by a developer?

In X-sim Software, in 3D-simalation Folder, you have rock n roll ride, and simforceGT. I want to take, for example Futresims 3DOF or anything i want, create it and be able to simulate it.
