Offline Version/Key

Hi
I've downloaded the X-Sim Installer however when I install and run it, I am told that it needs real-time connection with the server and that if I require offline functionality, I need to get a different version. I can't see that, but I see posts referring to an offline key.
I require an offline version/key to enable me to test the software on an isolated secure network.
Can you help please?
