2DOF Racing Seat 2x Sabertooth and k8055 Sim

Hi all innovative sim designers.
After many months of research ,thought ,correspondence and input from various experts ( Thanks motiondave for your kind assistance and input so far )
I decide to go ahead and purchase some of the items .Drive cards - Sabertooth qty 2: Motion Dynamics Geared Motors 200w qty 2 ( bought these on special offer from Motion dynamics and got two drive cards thrown in ,will use the cards at a later stage for upgrading my sim.): Velleman k8055 interface board qty 1 : Power supply units 12vdc output at 50Amp .qty 2.Then decided to have the propshaft manufactured locally ( again motiondave kindly offered to make me one but the import costs were not justifiable .Thanks again) .The G27 Logitech wheel ,shifter and pedal assembly I purchased some while back due to an eager enthusiasim for drifting and the kind assistance of the Falken team who were willing to teach me how to drift in Live for speed.Besides being totaly fanatical about the technical aspects of motor racing in various forms I just did not seem to have the complete 100% feel of feedback that one experiences in a real race /Drift car.This led me to search for information on how to build your own simulator as opposed to purchasing one as they are too costly.
Although I tried to replicate Deiry Sato`s simulator from the start my dreams evolved and my design changed many times to the end result that I am currently trying to complete.I will post some more pictures once it it has been completed.
Presently trying to figure out the software issues

Thanks motiondave,busy browsing through the threads at the moment to see why I cannot get the feedback control .All the tests in the software look right and give the right indications but the when running through the software cant seem to have control of any kind

Did you check if the values are changing while you are connected to extractor and the game is running?

Thanks for the positive reply , kind comments and assistance.Greatly appreciated.
I first tried to thrash out a setup tutorial by adbgg k8055 + sabertooth + xsim which is similiar to one of the tutorial setups you refer me to .I set it all up as per the tutorial and could see the results on the screen percentage wise that there is feedback ,the interface card leds light up voltage is fed to the cards but there appears to be no control .If you type in a value eg: 54% the motor stops 20% the motor moves at a certian rpm in one direction , 80% the motor moves in the opposite direction. If you use the velleman k8055 demo software that comes with the board the result and test is basically the same .I did come across the other thread you gents refer me to and will have a bash at setting it up in the prescribed manner as explained .and will give you you an update later possibly tommorrow.

Hi yokoyoko ,
as per the screen image you show .The only values I could see that were changing were the axis for the G27logitech eg: accelerator ,brake and whell left and right .Should the other valuesd be changing as well?

Hi,

If the other values (f.e. 27) are not changing while you are playing the game then this will be the problem. Do you use one or two pc for extractor and convertor?

I am using only one pc ,The specs are as follows
Intel ( R ) Core 9 TM ) 2 Quad cpu
Q6600 @ 2,40GHz
2,40 GHz , 3,00 GB of Ram
Graphics Card Nvidia GeForce 9800GT

I was running windows XP Professional with sevice pack 3 and found that the software did appear to be working correctly .However I have just installed windows 7 Ultimate edition again ( never used this very much as my graphics software could not run on it.)
And will give it try.

graphics driver needs direct x 11 to work, only runs on windows 7 I think
