Popping sound when changing Hz for Bass Shaker

Hello everyone!

I've managed to setup my Bass Shaker with the X-Sim Converter, but something is bugging me: when the program output changes the Hz for my Bass Shaker, I get at popping sound through the shaker. If i connect a normal speaker it can be heard as a loud pop each time the Hz output changes. Constant Hz does not create a pop and increase in volume/intensity does not create a pop either. It happens each time the RPM changes.

I've tried changing outputs, sound cards and I've even changed computer. The popping sound is still there.

Is this just how the program work, or does anybody know what's going on?
