How about if you try to login about 10 times? Does it work 1 of 10?

I have tried the above suggestions also, but the Extractor fails to load every time. It seems to fail at different points, sometimes I get a prompt to enter user name and password and then the 'Login problem' message appears, other times the 'Login problem' message appears as soon as the program opens. But it appears every single time. I am running Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10, connecting from China via a VPN.

It is happening to many people this login problem .. to me that I have the offline version.

I reinstalled x-sim and gives me this problem logging in, what is the solution?

Did you enable the offline mode in settings?

I know the problems from china, however the forum is not available from my position 1 of 10 times in internet explorer.
With Firefox it seems to be OK.
What is your result if you open 10 internet explorer with forum login?

Hello.
The problem is that, when I start extractor tells me to login, insert user name and password and I get the message "login problem" and then closes all .. so I can not put the key offline.
