I did some tests, removed the latest windows updates and reinstalled, it took a long time or the updates are heavy but then everything started working again with the old version

I've tried to turn back the computer to a restore point of 2 weeks ago where everything was working perfectly but i get from the extractor the same message: Login accepted, waiting for registration…
you speak about reinstalling after removing the updates.. but resinstalling of what? the extractor?

after windows 20h2 update i had problems with x sim 3.0.2.9 switched to version 3.0.3.0 and solved the game freezing problem after few minutes.
However, this update has brought some changes you have game profiles making them more bad is it possible to check?

With update of win 2021-01 kb 4592438/242/481 kb 4586876 KB4598229] Cumulative update for Windows 10 v1909 and other encountered login problems, tried to uninstall but login errors continue.

Tried new installation of windows updates and beta x-sim always on version 3.0.3.1 and login authentication works

So once I installed the x-sim update, it fixed the login issue but created another problem as my SCN5 actuators no longer show up in the list. So the software no longer calibrates my simulator. So I reverted back my Windows to December 5th and my simulator reacted like it used to where it calibrates but I can't login ... I thought maybe when I was on the old settings I could save my profile settings and re-apply the profile but after installing the x–sim update. The program is not allowing me to click on any settings... Any help would be appreciated... Mike

Plugin has not been changed, so go to the forum SCN5 page and do all steps for debug.
Most common are e.g. blocking bluettoth comports.

Thank you for the response sirnoname... I will try to follow your advice. I did restore Windows back to 01/2021 again today and when I start x-sim my SCN5's did their normal calibration but I see the "Login-in accepted, waiting for verification" message. So I again installed "X-Sim Setup 3.0.3.1 aluminum.exe" but chose the option not to cleanup the Registry as I thought that might be the issue. But that didn't work, I have the same issue. I have attached the following screen capture if you would like to see it, Thank you...

Hi bc, I told you to use the debug enabled, this will show errors. You try some random tests which are uninteresting.
Do not open the extractor at all, only open the converter and do some manual test in the interface section.
