thanks sn - sorry I am not a programmer so I am not very good with debugging but shouldn't the SCN5 show up on the right side of the converter program under: All found interface plugins?? Please see attached pic. I am going to re-install Windows at this point as my old restore point 12/2020 is no longer available.

No need. You can also use the old converter with new extractor.

sn - I installed an image of windows (Windows 1809) from 2019... I played a round of iRacing and the motion worked perfectly. I have paused Windows updates so I don't get 20H2. I updated my video drivers for RTX3070, took another image. I started Extractor / Converter all worked. I installed X-Sim_Setup_3.0.3.1_aluminum_13012021... I was going to follow you instructions... I don't have interface key in registry to set debug mode (see screen shot) Thanks

I re-imaged back to earlier version from today... I am going to export current registry as seen in screen shot *.. This is with 3.0.2.9
