first I uninstalled KB3081455 ---- same Problem no Connection with Extractor
next I uninstalled KB3087040 --- Extractor Connection available. - please try

I have the same problem on 2 pc but all without update believe it is due to explorer, x-sim is authentic only explore or others like firefox?

thats it - update KB3087040 ist the reason. After uninstalling I can login.

Windows 7 does not have this update, it is 10 related.

El problema es la actualizacion de windows, desinstalenla!

I also uninstalled KB3087040 from Windows 10, now Extractor is working!
