Extractor unable to connect to database server!

I start the program as administrator and the little circle starts! i wait a liitle and then a window pop ups saying that X-Sim database server not reachable.....do you like to activate your offline version now? i click yes and then it asks for a keycode... where can i find it? or how to enable the online version again? it was working fine until today! (sry for my english! :3 i m from greece)
