Extractor crashes instantly with user defined joy

Hey guys! I'm just getting started with X-sim and I have a problem.

I am making a custom profile that will simply move the platform based on controller inputs while I play Star Citizen. To do this I want X-sim to capture joystick info and send that to the converter.

I have discovered that any time I select "user defined multiple joysticks" and try to launch any application the Extractor instantly crashes.

Any help?
