Single license - 32bits to 64bits OS ?

hi,
i got an x-sim "Single license" intalled on Win7.x32.bits
i need to pass computer to x64.bits edition

how can i keep my "Single license" valid by one on this way :
- update to win.8.1.x64
- update to win.7.0.x64
- install nex win.8.1.x64

You can learn about how to store and restore the SID of windows with MS sysprep. For normal use, all three cases are not possible.
