Extractor loading issue

Extractor loading issue

Hi
I have been running the extractor for a few months now with no problem, however recently when I open the software it starts and logs in fine but it only gets as far as "* cloud one a day" message, after a few seconds windows throws up a not responding message. if I then close the software and restart it works fine.
This isn't a big problem as like I say it does always work on the second attempt, I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this?
I'm running WIN7 64bit
