As told you in the box, you have network problems. Maybe IP Range.

I must change my IP adress ? I've an fixed IP given by my router (box).

Check firewall, IP range and the ip in the converter top right. Maybe you are loading a profile and you did not change the ip inside the profile (settings-> cluster in extractor).
