Extractor hung since win10 creator update

Since Win10 "Creators" update the extractor hung (process x-Sim data collector) when starting the profil/Dcs Plugin.
Last Message is:
"Get last profile
Run last plugin ..."

I tryed:
- a clean re-install,
- change the wizard txt (launcher.exe to DCS.exe)
- changed the user rights for plugin/converter/extractor (full rights all users)
- changed compatibility mode "Windows 7" for plugin/converter/extractor
all didn´t help.
When deleting the DCS Plugin the Extractor starts.
So, I think it could have something to do with new MS Visual C++ Redist. Software which comes along with the creator update.
Anybody else sharing this issue?

I'm having the same issues.
How did you solve this? Extractor hung every time I do anything outsim related.

No the extractor don´t start anymore with the newest win 10 upgrade.
I´ll tryed to install all old runtimes (AIO Runtime lib) but this didn´t help.
Only uninstall the win10 upgrade helps.

Working fine here.
Check your admin rights on folder and every executable.

Update: ReInstall in user default dir and it works again! Thanks Sirnoname!

hey gente.

Bueno verán yo empece a usar el xsim por septiembre del 2016 y a mí siempre me botó ese mensaje que dicen de cargar nuevo perfil, y esas cosas. Por enero del 2017 seguía usando hasta que me salga y funciono con Rfactor, y cargando los plugs-ins que te pide extractor cargar automáticamente. Ah! y también cuando seleccionaba un perfil se borraba la descripción, aun así me funcionó, aquella vez que aun recuerdo. Ustedes tienen comprado el programa o usan el libre(gratis)

The normal way is to grant access with rightclick the x-sim folder and set the security in options. This part is changing step by step in W10.
