Extractor Offline mode back to Online how?

Hello again,
How the Offline mode buttom works? I mean, how to get back Online if there is not an "Online mode" buttom?
I have finished a rFactor 2 profile and want to know if it is available online for others..

The offline mode switch is not finished but you can work offline.
It will be working in the next beta release.
As you said the come back to online mode is a little bit tricky without restarting the software.
