Offline mode deactivated! solved with post #23871

Buonasera a tutti, oggi sul mio computer è impossibile far funzionare xsim extractor, appaiono due messaggi di errore (errore nel supporto per il canale sicuro, offline mode deactivated)
Fino a ieri sera tutto funzionava perfettamente.
Nel mio computer ho installato soltanto 2 software: xsim e rfactor.
Utilizzo Windows 7
Quale è il problema?
Qualcuno ha il mio stesso problema oggi?

Yes, the primary server is down. If you had not enabled the offline mode, you must go totally offline and try to get over it somehow.
In worst case you use the x-sim registry cleaner, go offline and enter the key on start again. There must be a check at the offline mode in the extractor settings menu.

Hello Sirnoname, I also have the exact same problem. Today the message OFFLINE MODE DEACTIVATED appeared to me.
But when will the problem be restored?

You do not need this restored. With key, you can enable the offline mode as written above. Before the cup you get asked for the key.

I tried doing this:

1) Disconnect Internet
2) Start X-sim Extractor, the screen appears with a cup of coffee, I wait 300 seconds
3) At the bottom a button is enabled, I click on the button and the Extractor starts.

TWO FUNDAMENTAL QUESTIONS (certainly useful to all new Forum users)
1) Besides this method and the method of paying 30 € (offline version), is there a faster way, instead of waiting 300 seconds?
2) When will the primary server be restored?

3) Successivamente in basso si abilita un pulsante, clicco sul pulsante e si avvia l'Extractor.

DUE DOMANDE FONDAMENTALI (sicuramente utili a tutti i nuovi utenti del Forum)
1) Oltre a questo metodo e al metodo di pagare 30€ (versione offline), esiste una maniera piu veloce, anzichè aspettare 300 secondi?
2) Il server primario, quando verrà ripristinato?

As told, use the x-sim registry cleaner and start again. This step is not in your list. There is a key question if you have no internet.
This only happens if you did not enable the offline mode.
The server is broken and the hoster search for the solution.

Server is now new installed. Remember that if you own the offline mode, you should activate it

Now the server works perfectly.
