However I have a problem that has only just surfaced.
The Extractor will not log on when starting. after a few seconds the Manual log on dialog box appears, I enter my User name and password then "login", but I am rejected. I am sure my user/password details are correct, as I can log on to this forum
Another problem I have ( probably me!) is I don't understand how my stage 2 key works. How do I get the software to work without having to log on.
( I have my stage 2 Key but what does it allow me to do?)
(Thanks for any help in advance) AsI said earlier the program has been awesome and my sim has been improving as I tweak it along.
