Extractor Starts (I think) but I cant see it

I made some changes in my hardware and after that I think extractor is starting out of my screen visible are.
Maybe it because my videocard is broken and now I am not able to set eyefinity anymore.
So my guess is that, the extractor process is running its window somewere.

I tried to use the bugtracker but I could not find how to.

If anyone went thru this problem before please let me * Is there a way to reset the start position for extractor window? I already tryed registry cleaner without success.

Hello Rafael,

please goto the bugtracker, select the X-Sim Software 3.0.x.x, select bugtracker and then press the link on the top to create a new ticket.
Fill out the form and the problem will be solved.
If you have some more problems with the bugtracker you can open a bug ticket in the bugtracker under "Webpage".

Hey, I had the same problem, this happens sometimes, don't know why, the extractor is active but its window dissapear. Try this if it helps:

1. You need to click on taskbar button of Extractor to make program active, even if you see no window - IMAGE
2. Then you press ALT+SPACE to get window menu in corner of desktop - IMAGE
3. With your arrow key on keyboard choose "Move" from menu, press Enter and move arrow keys to move window on your desktop

I am not sure what the problem is/was but maybe Sirnoname could tell if there is some kind of "reset window position" on Registry Cleaner tool.
