Extractor can't connect

Hi guys! I'm new and I'm really glad to join this extraordinary community, I hope to give my contribution.

I have a problem with the extractor, I just can't connect to the x-sim server. I've analyzed the traffic with a sniffer, and I found that the application try to reach the domain "web-berlin.dyndns.org" that resolve to the IP "85.179.36.231". I tried to ping the domain and the IP as well with no luck. Do you have the same problem? There is a way to use the application offline without pay 300 euro for the license? Thx!
