I found out the control board is a comercial board. Its a BASE-c64r by Comfile technology. It looks like it was manufactured in Korea.

Hi Bob
Here is a close up of the board. It's a "BASE-c64r from Comfile Technology, copyright 2000, vol 2.0 fro TPC38 (www.comfile.co.kr). They have a office here the united states but I'm sure they originated in South Korea. I included a few photos of the motors with the actuators the move the chair (three total.) There is also a 4th motor that rotates the chair 360 degrees. 954951953957949950

Hello
Maybe someone know how to connect the inverter to the k8061? I plugged the analog but the engine is in one way. Just as if getting +10v. What to do to vm140 worked in a range of + /-10v?
I'll be grateful for your help.
