Help with arduino hardware

I would make something like this(without the buttkicker)



Are there anyone that can help me with this project? I've read posts, read posts, and read posts... But is difficult to me to understand all well (i'm italian and i'm a noooooob )

I will need the arduino script, know how to connect arduino to motomonster, how to connect motomonster to motors, etc..

Please help me! I would understand all before start..
