Hi @ all!
first things first: Thanks for any help here in the forum and don`t mind bad english, please!
And here is my idea:
I'm flying DCS World and like to build a SimPit with bank + pitch axis full 360 °.
Why threesixty?
IMHO, it makes little sense to simulate acceleration forces of an aircraft - unless someone gots an idea to simulate a constant zero G dive?

But what real helps in the virtual sky is the feeling in what position your AC is (e.g. for AAR, Aerobatics, Dogfight). Because of that Situation Awareness is increasing. Besides i think it´s real great fun! : roll:
Thanks to leonpro who made the profile for x-sim:

the data extracting and input setup working fine so far.
The seat is finished (attached below still in the Race Config ... now with Warthog, pedals, MfD's onboard, etc.)
Now it's time to weld the U-frame for installing the Seat.
Overall about 165kg weight have to rotate on X (max. 52rpm) and Y (max. 25rpm) axes.
Unfortunately i don´t have a clue about Electrical Engineering, so I need help with the this concept:
1. Data from XSIM Converter over Synaptrix IO(i assum, i have to use this IO because of PMS,right?) send via HID to...
2. ...the Pololu Controller JRK 21v3 USB with feedback (I assume I do not need an extra interface like Ardunio or h-Bridge, right?)
3. From there output to two DOGA DC Gear Motors with 24V, 5A rated current, 15Nm (60Nm max.) at 25rpm (52rpm max)
4. The angle position feedback of the integrated Hall sensor goes back to the JRK
5. Two 24V 25A 600W Sanpu power supplies for the necessary current.
What do you think? Feasible or total crap? Please help a newbe.
