Question about offline mode and connecting two PCs

I have built a working racing sim seat but I have trouble getting good internet connection for my game. If I donate for a commercial license, would it be enough to get X-sim working on two PC's? Also how do I go about connecting two PC's together (one for extractor and game and one for converter)? Thanks.
