Cant sign into software?

Hello, I just downloaded the xsim 3 software and when I run it it asks me to login. Im not sure what login im supposed to use? When I use the one I use on these forums it comes up with the login box again. and if i click register it brings me to a dead link.

Any help is appreciated,

Dead link means that the software is broken to the forum. Sorry, this will not be fixed anymore.
If you can login into the forum and your password and username are alright to the registration notes (no special character etc.) then you may delete your cookies.

I tried deleting my cookies, its still not letting me sign into the software. This is weird

On the first startup you will need to enter your community name and password. If you do not own such a account you have to go to
http://www.x-sim.de then click on the forum navigation button and register to the forum with the register link.
After you have entered the password you will be automatically lead to the heuristic game wizard. If this wizard does not popup

I registed on the forums but its not working on the extractor. I even tried making another account and it still doesnt want to work. It doesnt say anything about my info being wrong when I login. It just pops up the logon box again. I turned off my UAC, ran disk cleanup, deleted cookies. Any other advice?

Are you running a firewall? If so maybe it's blocking the software's internet access

Which browser do you use for login into the x-sim.de webpage?

Maybe you should change your x-sim.de login password to a simple one with standard English characters. The software doesn't accept foreign language characters.

I tried disabling my firewall. I use AVG. Still no Luck.

My username is kevilay and my password is a Name with four numbers and a symbol. Here is an example. Kevin5436! (but not actually the pw)

I tried making a new account that had a password without the symbol, and that also didnt work.

Symbols are not allowed as written in the registration dialog.
