is there currently a way to play assetto corsa with x-sim?
i tried all the linked plugins here without any look.
caiubo's plugin is no longer available to dl :/

Caiubbo84 told me that he won't update his plugin because he didn't use now Xsim.The plugin with the link above works but maybe should be improved.For me not so many affects as I could expect for'my 6dof.

I'm only using a bass shaker, but i cant get it to work, assetto corsa outsim always saying "game paused"

I use the x-sim free version software and 1 hours ago,I buy the game assetto corsa through steam.

I made the profile using converter( G27 logitec, SCN5 actuator). However, when I click the "Play game "in Extractor and

click the "Start" in converter,the converter is not working. However, the actuator was working and the result value in

math setup was moving when I test the game race 07 demo.

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?

Should I donate money to get dongle key? If I should do that, what kind of version should I buy?

I am really wonder!!!

please teach me how to solve this problem~~

Got x-sim working with my bass shaker fairly straight forward. I'm using effect 57 whch is engine vibration i think?

How would i have it to simulate road vibration/noise instead? Can it simulate engine vibration and road noise together or would i need 2 shakers?

I just set this up for my humble rig with a single buttkicker. With a few hours messing around -- I have never used this software before -- I was able to get it working nicely (except for the problem noted below). I used the plugin posted earlier in this thread for input, along with the bass_shaker output plugin included in the software. I used the 'vertical force' input along with 'engine vibration', except I set a max engine vibration of 2500rpm. So, I get the feeling of engine vibration at idle, but mainly suspension bumps once under way. I tried with both vertical force and engine vibration at full range, but the two effects seemed to interfere with each other that way. I don't have any previous experience with tactile feedback, but the end result of my modest efforts is, for me, pretty nice and immersion-promoting.

I am running into an annoying problem though: the effects stop working after a short while. Usually after 5-10 minutes, my vibrations go dead. The only way to get them working again is to close both extractor and converter, and restart both (Assetto Corsa, itself, can stay running). I saw something in another thread about this problem, where the suggestion was to unclick 'enable autostart trigger' in the preferences. But this was de-selected by default for me, so it doesn't seem to be the problem...?

I'd like to get this working properly so I am no longer tempted to pay the crazy asking price of $90 for another software (that apparently cannot be named here), just so I can enjoy my buttkicker without it shutting off every few minutes! Any suggestions are welcome!

as i'm new to the x-sim software i have a question to x-sim with Assetto Corsa. So i managed to get Race07 up and running everything works fine. I also copied the mentioned .dll and the plugin. But the extractor doesn't detect he game when its running (yes and i'm driveig and the acs.exe is in the TaskManager). What should i try to get it working. For now my plugin skript (i don't know if the extractor used is where can i see this???) is:

I have used the autodetection and the game was found. Also if i press play game Assetto Corsa (and Steam) starts but than nothing happens any more.

i will help ypu
first open steam ...next step open Extrector as admin now open Converter as admin .......
the last point you go to Extractor options .....add you game wizard ....search automaticly.....now go to Used Game ....scroll to Assetto Corsa .....all windows will come click next/yes.....now it will craete a profil in the database midle of the window ( Motion Extractor).....now click on the profil it makes darker ....now klick -play game- ...... it will be gray .....end runs ....go to your Motion Converter and press Start it will works fine -.......

!!! check your USO options at the interface settings / from Converter.... it must be the correct settings !!!
