I cant get the plugin to work at all on nr2003 it wont show any values any help would be appreciated THANKS!!

in game real time autostart detection of extractor app not working when i run nr2003. is it not detecting the game ive spent many hours on this did step by step what the tutorials say i still cant get it to work i can get rfactor1 to but not the sim i use the most nr2003, has anyone ever got it to work?
