You have to search their HP for an API or telemetry option. If so you can post here the link and we can start a plugin.
However, you are more firm to the elite community and must search for this answer.

Yes, but we better use ingame values, which is not possible today.

As I know, motion data is really not the high priority target on their dev schedule :(

And because this game need to startup from the game client directly so I not sure the graphic drivers would works...

Most of the latest games like Elite, Star Citizen, MWO all not allowed to run the game.exe directly, I got stuck with it for a long time.
Need to find the way to deal with it...

memory driver will always work but you need some knowlege about where in the game is the roll pitch etc. shown.
