Graphics driver issue in HAWKEN

Hi all:

Does anyone had make Graphics Driver & Overlay works in HAWKEN?

I had tried two days but still won't work

Both directly download version or steam version which I think its the same.

On steam version, enable the steam overlay.
.exe crashed when running it, and pop-up the crash down report windows.

On steam version, disable the steam overlay, and the direct download version.
The drivers and the in game overlay does works when running the game.exe.
But, when logging in, the game.exe became no respond, have to shut it down manually.

Is it this game has another in game overlay?
Because there is a "Chat Connected" notification pop-up when I logged in.
And if running the game from x-sim the game.exe will become no respond at the same position every time.

Anyone know how to make the Graphics Driver works in this game?
