There is an open source race simulator called Speed dreams, you can find in at http://www.speed-dreams.org/

if someone with a key and some spare time could make a profile, could be interesting, since the program is open source, small but easy to play

The rules are very easy. The one who like to see a plugin for xy has to contact the author of the game and ask for source code for motion simulators or the fitting software interfaces. If there is a existing interface he may contact me to implement it. If not you need to use the graphic driver or the memory driver.

I was reading the information regarding speedreams in their website, and they have not even implemented a desent forcefeedback for joysticks... i guess implementing simulation is far...
