And entries in extractor obd2 setup.
For sure you can also use the x-sim registry cleaner for setup default.

Probably you have check too many interfaces in Xsim.
It tries to open different serial communication on same ComPort.

You only need USO interface: uncheck other plugins in the different tabs ;)

(Can you send the screen shot of your interface setup ?)

This is my interface setup.

Hi!

You don't need XPID !

Uncheck it and follow Sirnoname's advice by running the registry cleaning

You need X-Pid plugin checked because X-PID is loaded.
You do not need any entry in the USO if using X-PID.
With arduino X-PID loadd you get full GUI support and easy setup to the whole program.
Do not use USO because it is a platform for developer and does not come with the features a plugin come.

@sirnoname: Sorry, but if he's using the Arduino code I posted in this thread, there is no XPID need but only USO ;)

Look at the picture -> X-Pid found.
Unchecking the plugin does not change the situation.
You must tell him to change the arduino firmware to your code in the first thread.

1- Upload my code into the Arduino
2- setup the USO parameters as described
3- do not use XPID

you can upload the file from Kalarius here

I am building a rig based on RacingMats designs, I have a question as to how you have joined the gimbal. Is it welded at the top and bottom to the frames? I would prefer to make the top end removable, but I am struggling to come up with a way of doing that that would be strong enough.

Thanks. Racing Mat.... Your detailed info gave me confidence that I could make something that would work!
