Hi,
thanks for info. I have jumpered everything but there is no motor movement. If I run the sample code from pololu and use it as a shield it works but if jumper it there's no function. Did i miss something?

I connected like in the pikture shown here http://www.pololu.com/docs/0J49/4.b

Arduino -> VNH5019
2 -> M1INA
4 -> M1INB
9 -> M1PWM
GND -> GND
5V -> VDD

Hello Tombo
If you use my arduino code, I could try to help you :-)
but if you use another code, it is too much work: reading this example code, try it and see what's wrong...

please describe more your first attempt

Hi,
im using your firmware and like i said i modified pinouts in code and as shield direcktly sticked into arduino is working. But i want to place it next to th arduino in a box so i want to connect it with wires. But if i wire it up like shown in last post it doesm't work. I don't know why so i'm asking if i' missing a wire or something else.

Ps: Great thanks to you and kalarius with your help i got my electronics a big step towards my goal

TO RacingMat

at you code you have a potmin =208 and pot max=815 values that are the limits of the pots.

I want the limits to be from 22H to EEH because of my pots

do you know the min and max values for this?

@Kalarius: Hello!
I converted your hex values to decimal values here : http://sebastienguillon.com/test/javascript/convertisseur.html
22F -> 559
EEH -> 238

you can use just one computer
but the cpu must be i7 at 3GHz
with slower the game seems to stack.

It is better to use 2 computers with lower and cheaper profile
for the game I have use I5 anf Gforce 630gt and 8GB ram windows 7 pro

for the motors windows xp home Pentium 4 2Gb ram Video on the board

the lenght is 67cm but it depend on the position of the seat. Place the seat horizontal and mesure the length

And what are the dimension on the tubes.

Hi oomaniacoo! Thanks for your appreciation 8-)

Good luck for your project!

Re-read the (long) post, the dimensions are at the end:
tube 30x20x1,5 (1,1 kg/m) 5,4m
tube 16x16x1,5 (0,7 kg/m) 4,1m

Sorry I haven't more drawings: it depends on your size and seat, and wheel!

Hi.

I've been experiencing some freezes with Arduino code based on yours. When I start Converter, the sim runs fine but after a while it freezes for seconds...Coincidence or not, it usually happens when there's a harsher game movement. Looking at arduino, I'd say that the extractor doesn't stop sending game values (USO: LxxRxx), because the Rx led keeps blinking.

Any clues?
Ever happened to you?

I'll probably set up a network port for USO values for debugging.

Cheers
