hello guys, you have installed the plugin that found in x-sim (x-sim plugins folder in c/programmi86/x-sim/plugin) in that game?
if for example you have to take the play to rfactor plugin from the folder that you have reported and copy it into the plugins folder within the game

se per esempio giocate ad rfactor dovete prendere il plugin dalla cartella che vi ho segnalato e copiarlo nella cartella plugin all'interno del gioco,se non dovesse esserci una cartella plugin nella cartella di installazione del gioco dovete crearvela voi
