Hello motiondave;

5 min ago I found only one 1 JRK from e-bay (turkey)... I paid 200 TL ( € 87,00 )...

Firstly I will do joyrider after a while when getting a little bit professional on X-sim I want to build very big motion simulator like the 360 degree 2 dof brasilian paltform..

What is your offer for motor selection, Should I use AC motor on that JRK ??? kw, rpm , torque...
Thanks a lot !

JRKS are only 12 volts so the most used is http://www.motiondynamics.com.au/worm-d ... -180w.html , or an ebay Equivalent.
If you are going to build a big simulator like the 360 deg rolling sim, you will need big 240v motors for sure. Not sure what to use on that.

I think I am also confused about some terminologies...sorry for mentioned AC motor, but I will do another sim with AMC644 + Servo's ;)

I selected 12VDC, 2800 rpm, 250w motor... Gearbox ratio 1:20... Any comments from sim experts???
Thanks a lot !
