3DOF power simulator

the stroke of the screw will be 450mm
the engines will be most likely to 24Vdc 500w with 2700 rpm on shaft and 27A consumption
therefore we interested in a rotation speed of 1600 rpm
which are about 26 rotations per second at a ratio of 1:7 on pulley
then we have a good increase in torque and therefore we the vine
26 rps x 10mm pitch = 260mm per second more or less.
we have almost all the material
then proceed to the construction

seems it will work :lol: :oops:

not end-machined but is not a problem .... :roll:

What is going on here, in the last few weeks there are a lot of 6DOF and 3DOF projects, it feels like 2DOF is yesterdays news :)

Anyway, it looks good, show us the moves! :)
