hi,
some new project.
I advanced a little, I soldered my columns
for fixing the poles, it will allow me to move forward on finalizing the installation.
Subsequently, it is already well advanced:
verif measurements and manufacturing of X holding the poles,
mounting tabs ...
as originally planned but awaiting verif, making a 2 nd cross mountings 3 poles,
they will be sandwiched.
less cool:
I'll change what I do and turn the engine mount flat front welded to the tube.
if I did not galley too much and it's clean as I like, I turn the other to return to single tube.
then cut new engine mounting plate
I welded on the tube itself

the aim is to put the rods parallel to the tube so that the displacement is linear in the axis of "actuators"

At the same time, I soldered my other 2 wheel bracket, the first being sold to our friends from the forum.

I'll then passed to the finalization of the study of the hub will make the rotation of the assembly.
fixing on the cross will certainly adjustable to allow for advanced
the point of rotation, to increase the distance of the center of rotation.

Modified:
I started to cut flat front or pass the cam.
it's a bit of a chore, but that did ...
make and unmake it is working!

the purpose of this mod is twofold:
- Move the engine toward the center to position, the cylinder axis to the half of the cam, that to the symmetry of the displacement.
- Move the engine back to the connecting rod is parallel to the displacement of the actuator.

I will definitely delete all the flat, my manic side.

it will be much better that way, I'm sorry I was a little fast on this point ...
especially since I had hesitated to weld immediately engine mounts without having tested true position with engines ....
That'll teach me.

then the new base engine will be a mounting plate 10 mm thick to be able to screw threaded engines.
