Do you have technilogy Level for your movitrac's ? Do you use real Encoder for your Motor ?

What do you mean technology level ?
In the the movitrac there is a simple start up procedure , it's quiet easy .With 5 paramaters more that's enough for our need.

No I don't have real encoder , just a sensor position (linear hall sensor) connected directly on the gearbox output shaft.

I thought u have programmed in ipos. This is only possible with the Movitrac Technology Level.

Hi ,
No I do not programed Movitrac via Ipos.
Thanos amc1280usb is the master and Movitrac B is the slave!
Amc1280usb give the setpoint 0-10v according the game g-force and the direction 0-24v.
The MovitracB executes orders.

Great Project. If u are rdy you have to show it in Bruchsal. Some SEW Students build there also a Simulator 5 Years ago. But ist quiet no 6DOF :-)

You are talking from the simulator with electrical linear actuators?

Yes. You know the Simulator ? Ist in the Driveacademy in Bruchsal :-)

Yes ,last Year in Forbach during opening day in the factory the sim rig was here.I didn't test it but seems to be hard,harsh.
Not very smooth movement,but like many simulators not sure that it was good setup!
