Il progetto prosegue nell assemblaggio e prove di ultimazione !
la sicurezza non è mai troppa cosi ho provveduto a installare un relè 12v collegandolo a un pulsante di stop di emergenza che se azionato interrompe l'alimentazione ai motori, ho aggiunto due porta fusibili da 4A a protezione di eventuali corti circuiti.

Innanzitutto faccio i complimenti a rosario anche se sta avendo diverse difficoltà stà facendo progressi per il completamento del suo sim.

Volevo fare una domanda a @soraz e @rosario972 dopo aver letto l'osservazione di micma80 per quanto riguarda il giunto che anche per me sembra troppo alto...la mia domanda è questa: come avete bilanciato il peso? in un funzionamento prolungato i motori non diventano incandescenti? avete pensato a degli ammortizzatori per aiutare lo sforzo dei motori?

First of all I congratulate rosary though is having various difficulties is doing progress for the completion of its sim.

I wanted to ask a question to @ rosario972 @Soraz and after reading the observation of micma80 regarding the joint that seems too high for me ... my question is this: how you balanced the weight? in a continuous running motors glow red? have you thought about the shock absorbers to help the efforts of the engines?

effetivamente il sim è funzionante anche se penso di fare ulteriori modifiche di perfezionamento !!!
Per quanto riguarda il quesito da te esposto effettivamente mi ha creato qualche problema che ho risolto creando un bilanciamento con delle molle e delle carrucole aggiungo qualche foto sperando possa aiutarti.

In effetti l altezza è eccessiva ma non la si può ridurre tantissimo secondo me quella ideale sarebbe 35 cm
spero ti possa essere d aiuto quanto detto e se hai altre domande fai pure sarà un piacere !

per l'altezza purtroppo avevo il giunto gia' tagliato e la persona che mi saldato le piastre non e' fidato di accorciarlo perche' secondo lui e' vuoto all'interno ed in effetti almeno 20 cm di meno sarebbe perfetto.
per il bilanciamento io ho fatto sedere il principale utilizzatore di 175 cm per 60kg (mentre io ne faccio 80 di kg) e spostato la struttura fino a che e' rimasta in equilibrio.
per quanto rigurda i motori al momento non ho avuto problemi anche con uso di qualche ora, sono un po' caldi ma non tanto da scottare se cimetti la mano sopra.

for the height unfortunately I had already cut the joint and the person I welded plates is not trusted to shorten it because according to him is empty inside, and in fact at least 20 cm less would be perfect.
for balancing I did sit the primary user of 1.75cm by 60kg (while I do 80 kg) and moved up to the structure that has remained in balance.
for the engines at the time I had no problems even with the use of a few hours, they are a little hot but not enough to burn if you put your hand over.

Ecco era quello che intendevo..ho visto le tue modifiche e le ho trovato molte ingegnose e forse sono anche funzionali questo lo possiamo vedere quando metterai un video sul funzionamento.Io se fossi in te visto l'altezza del giunto avrei messo 4 molle regolabili tipo queste gallery/image.php?image_id=134 (questo ovviamente e solo un mio punto di vista)comunque se hai bilanciato bene il peso con il sistema che hai fatto...tanto di cappello

That's what I meant .. Se fossi in te accorcerei il giunto anche perchè a me sembra un semiasse?!?se è cosi e acciaio pieno ma anche se fosse un tubo regge di sicuro il peso...anche io peso 80kg e mio figlio circa 70kg eppure il mio giunto e molto fine in pratica e una chiave a snodo da 19 per intenderci per quanto riguarda i motori a me scaldavano tanto anche dopo un ora di funzionamento continuo e non ci mettevi la mano sopra.. poi ho messo delle ventole per ovviare al problema adesso anche dopo 2-3 ore sono tiepidi..può essere che dipenda dal tipo di motore.Comunque e solo un mio punto di vista... hai fatto un ottimo lavoro complimenti

If I were you accorcerei the joint also because it seems to me a driveshaft?!? Steel and if so full but even if it was for sure a tube holding the weight ... also I weigh 80kg and my son about 70kg but my joint and very fine in practice and a key hub 19 so to speak as far as the engines warmed me so much even after an hour of continuous operation and there you put your hand on it .. then I put the fan to remedy the problem now even after 2-3 hours are lukewarm .. may be that it depends on the type of motore.Comunque and just my point of view ... you did a great job congratulations;)

Salve a tutti sto costruendo il mio simulatore con arduino e monster motor shield inserisco il linguaggio su arduino mi legge i potenziometri ma nn so come far funzionare xsim cmq è tutto su un pc i motori girano senza sosta
