You can try to plug it in the db9 port of the AM1.5 (with the max232 circuit) but you will have to remove the bolts on the sides so you can plug it. That is if the converter is not a female plug also.

I think that now Ive understood you, but I´ve removed the bolts yesterday and I plug the converter to the AMC, but doesn´t work. I´m using the alternative firmware and the xsimctrl32 doesn´t recognize the board. Is there any possiblility to use the converter that I´ve bought or I must to buy the breakout that you say me...

Thanks in advance

The old AMC1.5 board has two ports that look like serial com ports. One of them is on the side where the MAX232 circuit is (a voltage level shifter - transceiver). You can try connecting the cable you bought on this port.

I wish I could help more but I discarded this design years ago. Have a look on the AM1.6 page to see how I connected a modern USB-serial breakout board directly on the old AMC1.5 board.

(Dualin, de que carro sacaste el asiento, me gustó como se ve doblado, mi casa es pequeña y estoy buscando una alternativa para ahorrar espacio)

Hi again, after a lot of problems, now I´ve my simulator working. Here is the first video. Bad quality, but shows that the simulator works.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsiR29nr2G0

Now it´s working with and Arduino Uno R3 (with the Prilad´s firmware) and 2 H-Bridges IBT-2. I promise that I´ll put photos and videos of the proyect.

Now I have a little problem. it works with Rfactor 1 perfectly, but doesn´t work fine with Rfactor 2, I can see the numbers changing in the math section, but the sim moves little. If I put only 1 force, lateral for example works fine, but when I put lateral, longitudinal, vertical and gear effect, moves bad. Only the gear effect works fine. I have hard work with the config.

Thanks for all
Regards

Here is, my simulator works fine with Rfactor 2. The problem was the installation path of the game. Here is the video of a Ferrari in Spa with a bad driver, jajajaja
