Vin is 12V or 24V
and don't mess it with 5V

I would say it's rather safe to
connect pin1 to 5V
and don't connect pin2 to Vin (I suppose it's not mandatory)

I cannot figure it out 100%... you probably should ask OLIMEX if you want to be sure

è possibile che sia autoalimentato?
comunque contatterò la olimex e quando arriveranno farò qualche prova senza alimentazione e controllo con il tester se la 5 volt sul pin 2 è in uscita...la prudenza non è mai troppa

questo è il circuito definitivo che ho controllato e ricontrollato ma sembra tutto ok

carico su arduino uno il tuo programma ma quando faccio il test con i potenziomentri continuano a girare sensa fermarsi mai
Ho fatto anche dei controlli con il tester e tutto sembra funzionare nel circuito.
Hai un idea di quale potrebbe essere il problema?


Hi Mat, thanks to your valuable advice I managed finally to complete the installation.
This is the final circuit that I checked and double checked but it all looks ok

load on the arduino uno your program but when I do the test with the pot continue to turn without stopping ever
I did also controls with the tester and everything seems to be working in the circuit.
Do you have an idea of what could be the problem?

Does the motor change direction of rotation when you go from one end of your pot to the other end.
Stop zone is really small.
(I suppose your pot are still not mounted on the motor)
